Residential and Communication Installer on-the-job training assignments will begin at 8:30 am each business day.

Requesting an Available to Work Number:

Email referrals@jatc26.org, to request an Available to Work Number. Put “Available to Work Number” in the subject line. Include your full name, the last four of your social security number and your classification in the body of the email. After it is issued, your Available to Work Number will be tracked through an Application in your TradeSchool account. The application number is the Available to Work Number.

Login to your TradeSchool account. To access TradeSchool use this link https://secure.tradeschoolinc.com/v5/jatc26-org/login/index.php

When you click Applications you will see a list of all your applications. Look for the Available to Work Number Application. It could say Residential or Comm. Installer depending on what program you are in or applying for.

The “Status” of your available to work number is generally active for 30 days. If jobs are limited, we can extend the Available to Work Number so Trainees who were not offered a job are still eligible. If you do not respond to a job assignment or take a job assignment within 30 days, the “Status” will change to “Expired”. You will need to request a new Available to Work Number by following the same instructions above. Do not request a new Available to Work Number as long as your Available to Work Number Application is Active.

Job Calls:

When you have an active Available to Work Number, monitor this same webpage for a job assignment in your classification. Jobs are posted at 4 pm each work day. If you are interested in a job posting in your classification, you must email referrals@jatc26.org before 8:30 a.m. on the day listed under “Current Job Calls” below. Put “Job Call” in the subject line and your full name, the last four of your social security number, your classification and the job listing desired in the body of the email. For each classification, we assign job assignments to people with the lowest number first.

Termination Slip:

Click on the link, referrals@jatc26.org, and email us a copy of your Termination slip. Also provide us your full name, last 4 digits of Social Security Number, phone number, and classification.

There is no need to resend your pink slip if it has already been sent.

Please monitor your phone and email that is linked with your Trade School account.
