Chris Cash, Instructor
Chris Cash, a JATC instructor since September 2007, holds a Virginia journeyman license and a Charles County MD journeyman license. He has certifications in First Aid/CPR, OSHA 30 hour, and NJATC Test Administrator. He has been a member of the IBEW since 1991.
Chuck Huften, Instructor
Chuck Huften has been a JATC instructor since November 2005. His certifications include First Aid/CPR, OSHA 500, Fiber Optic Installation, AMP Act 1, NFPA 70E and NJATC Test Administrator. He has been a member of the IBEW since 1994.
Kevin Burton, Instructor
Kevin Burton, a licensed District of Columbia and Charles County, MD journeyman, has been a JATC instructor since May 2007. She has been a member of IBEW since 1999 and her certifications include NICET Level II, AMP Act 1, Fiber Optic Installation; BICSI Installer 1, and NJATC Test Administrator.
Michael Bishton, Training Coordinator Manassas
Michael Bishton, an IBEW member since 1987, is the JATC’s Manassas training coordinator. He holds several certifications including OSHA 500, NFPA 70E, First Aid/CPR, IAEI Inspector, PLCs, AC Drives, Photovoltaics, Test Instruments and NJATC Test Administrator. He has worked at the JATC since 2004.
Sean Myers, Senior Instructor
Sean Myers is a licensed journeyman in the District of Columbia and Montgomery County, MD. He has certifications in OHSA 10 Hour, BICSI Installer 1, Digital Video production and Test Instruments. He has been an IBEW member since 1997 and a JATC instructor since October 2005.
David Hill, Instructor
David Hill, a JATC instructor since January 2007, is a licensed master electrician in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and Florida. He holds several certifications including distributed power, cable testing and fault locating, conduit fabrication, instrumentation and calibration basics, test instruments, AutoCad I, NFPA 70E, First Aid/CPR and earned a WBC Craftsmanship Award in 2007. He has been an IBEW member since 1976.
Bill Murphy, Instructor
Bill Murphy, a District of Colombia journeyman, has been a JATC instructor since April 2006. He is certified in OSHA 500, First Aid/CPR, NFPA 70E, Fiber Optic Installation, CAT 5 data terminations, cable testing and fault locating, digital video production. He has been a member of IBEW since 1986.
Thomas Myers, Instructor
Thomas Myers has been a JATC instructor since May 2007. He is a Master Electrician in Maryland, and a licensed journeyman in the District of Columbia and Anne Arundel County. He is certified in OSHA 500, First Aid/CPR, Green Advantage, NABCEP and test instruments.
Joseph Brinley, Training Coordinator Roanoke
Joseph Brinley is a licensed journeyman in Virginia. He holds certifications in First Aid/CPR, OSHA 500, NFPA 70E, NJATC Test Administrator, Fundamentals of Instrumentation and conduit fabrication. After graduating as valedictorian of his apprenticeship class, Joe was brought on as a full time instructor in 2005. He has been a member of the IBEW since 1999.
