JATC 26 has completed development of an Online NEC Test Prep Course based on the 2005 NEC. This course will be offered in two formats.
Format 1 (Limited to 50 students)
An instructor paced class where progressive lesson materials will be made available on a weekly basis. Written and recorded video segments move through the 2005 NEC in a logical order. Included with this version is a weekly, live online session where students can ask questions and review the concepts in a webinar based setting. These webinars are interactive so students are encouraged to use web-cams and microphones if they have them. A built in chat function allows the student to participate via text based messages if he or she does not have a web-cam.
Format 2 (Limited to 100 students)
A self paced version of the same course materials. Students can move through the course at thier own pace taking more or less time as he or she sees fit. This self paced vesion of the NEC test prep course does not include interacton with an instructor. Quizzes are automatically graded and the results are immediately available to the student.
